Senior Product Designer

About

I am a Senior Product Designer with 3+ years of experience scaling design solutions for fast-paced startups. I combine strategic product design leadership with hands-on customer success expertise to create intuitive software experiences that drive business growth. Currently leading end-to-end product design remotely for a Boston-based CE Management startup, where I've championed user-centered design while managing cross-functional responsibilities in operations and team development. My unique background bridges product design with direct customer insights, enabling me to rapidly identify user pain points and translate them into impactful solutions. I excel in remote-first environments, having successfully collaborated with distributed teams across multiple time zones while maintaining high-quality design output and mentoring team members. I'm seeking remote opportunities with forward-thinking startups or scale-ups in Europe or North America where I can leverage my comprehensive product design and operational experience to drive meaningful user and business outcomes. Particularly interested in companies that value diverse perspectives and collaborative innovation.
